The water injection with radial type desuperheater is executed radially around large steam pipes over the circumference through pressure-controlled nozzles, which are characterized by changing the open nozzle area with flow. The flow of water is controlled by a feed water control valve. The radial type desuperheater consists of multiple spring nozzles that are circumferentially wall mounted.
The steam muffler uses the principle of small hole noise reduction. All are made of 304 stainless steel. The noise reduction of the safety valve exhaust muffler produced by our factory can reach 30-40db (A), and it does not affect the safety valve blowback. If a composite muffler is used, the noise reduction can reach 50-60db (A).
The multi-nozzle steam ejector uses high-pressure steam as the power source to form a high-speed jet flow through the Laval nozzle, which generates a low-pressure area at its outlet and inhales the low-pressure steam. After mixing high and low pressure steam, the output steam pressure is higher than the pressure of the pumped low pressure steam, so as to achieve the purpose of low pressure steam boost.
To suit a wide range of load conditions a variety of nozzle sizes and quantity is available. Each nozzle assembly has a swirl unit and the water emerges through the nozzle cone tip at high speed creating a rotating mist of water.
